For the past few weeks, I try to skip a meal of the day for the weekdays. At first it looks so tough to me because I have been away from skipping a meal of the day since secondary school. In fact, I used to skip breakfasts and sometimes lunches during that time and ate many for dinner. Haha…
So I decided to have a try again this time round. For the first few days, it seems ok to be because I kept myself busy in order to suppress my “hungry” sense until the “temptation” coming to the office. Oh my God!!!

My colleague and the company’s accountant bring their lunch into the office. Wah… The smell of foods makes my brain to activate the “hungry” sense of my stomach. In the end, I decided to go outside and have my lunch instead.
So I was defeated by the temptation for the next few days. Therefore, I was thinking what is the best way to avoid those temptations of food. At first, I decided to have my “heavy” breakfast in the morning before going to work. I discovered that this technique really works but I eventually succumbed to the food for a few times.
Right now whenever lunch time coming right up, I will go outside the office for a walk in order to avoid the smell of food (but the food that they brought to the office is smell so good) when I decided to skip the lunch of that day. Sometimes I will go to the library to read some books or newpapers. After lunch time, I will keep myself occupied with things that I have to do in my list. (I make some researches on Oracle for the time being)
PS: Haha… Hope I still can have a nice working environment with those short “fasting”.
